Hello! I'm Megan. I'm a writer, photographer, and creator from Wallingford CT. I show women who have spent their lives feeling like they're not enough, unworthy, and burnt out, how to reclaim the person they were meant to be.
I was the "Little House on the Prairie" version of homeschooled. I longed to be invisible, but learned I really needed to be seen. I've fought for every ounce of personal agency and independence, while learning I still need community.
A few facts about me:
I have more hobbies than I'll be able to effectively fit in my lifetime
I'm an introvert and highly sensitive person
I don't believe taking up more space in the world makes us less worthy as women
I don't believe in "should" or "either / or
"I believe in "and"
I believe our questions are more important than our answers
I wrote my book, "Dear Sister" for all the exhausted women I knew growing up who thought there was one way to be acceptable.
I wrote "Dear Sister" for the girls I know, just starting to be tempted to suppress their identities.
I wrote "Dear Sister" for the men who care about the challenges the women in their lives face.
I wrote "Dear Sister" for my 14 year old self, crying into her pillow because she didn't fit, anywhere.
